What this website collects

This site has no accounts, no forms, and no checkout. The only data it can collect is anonymous traffic measurement, and only with your permission:

  • We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It loads with Google Consent Mode v2, and every consent signal (analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) defaults to denied, so no analytics cookies are set when a page loads.
  • A banner asks for your choice on your first visit. Accept turns on analytics storage only; ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization stay denied because we do not use them, and IP addresses are anonymized. Decline keeps everything off.
  • Your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key gp_consent_v1 so we do not ask again. That value never leaves your device. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again.

Ordering online

"Order online" links take you to our Square Online storefront (grandpacoffeelb.square.site). Anything you enter there, including your name, contact details and payment card, is handled by Square under Square's privacy policy. We see the order details needed to prepare it; we never see card numbers.

What we do not collect

  • No names, email addresses or phone numbers are collected by this website.
  • No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sales.
  • Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which apply their own policies once you are there.

Your choices and rights

California residents can ask what personal information we hold, request deletion, or opt out of any sale (we do not sell data) under the CCPA/CPRA. Email contact@grandpacoffeebar.com and we will respond within 45 days. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
